This is a pioneering service founded by Nicola Matheson-Durrant (BA hons Law),  who believes that undercutting high street Solicitors' fees* by more than 50%  does not compromise professionalism or quality of service.

By booking up in advance.

Even if you are already with a Solicitor or if you are already receiving public funding (aka legal aid) you are still allowed to come to us for legal advice, especially if your Solicitor is not doing a good enough job for you, in your opinion. Very often, our publicly funded clients utilise our advice to influence their own Solicitor to provide a better service!

Because we are professional, reliable and competitive

COMPETITIVE FEES THROUGHOUT THE UK:

We cover Enland, Wales and Scotland.   Unlike most Solicitors*, our hourly rate is consistently £85, and our attractive monthly special offers and all-inclusive packages attract customers from all over the UK.

Our competitive services and fees have attracted more and more clients who typically earn a low to  average income.   However, we are now also attracting high earners, who want a more professional, value-added personal service, not consistently offered by most high street Solicitors*.

In property and commercial litigation cases where there is a trial date, we sometimes advise clients to get expert opinion from a specialist Barrister we know.  However, we only ever refer clients to Barristers who have exemplary reputations and charge reasonable fees.  These are a very rare breed.

OUR OBJECTIVES:

-  To increase access to affordable legal advice and services nationwide;
-  To provide employment opportunities to like-minded professionals
